Research shows that investors now account for around 20% of all mortgages dealt with by intermediaries.
The buy to let market is very strong especially with the recent stock market problems and the trend seems that investors are now putting their finances into bricks and mortar.
Rental incomes have risen by 5% up around £525 from last year most of which has come from the last quarter.
These figures show that landlords are still able to buy good investments plus the fact that brokers and lenders are now more experienced in this market.
